BYOM Wireless Meeting is designed for enterprise meeting rooms, using BJ66 multimedia collaboration system+WCB06 wireless meeting companion, which can meet the needs of local meeting screen sharing and remote video conference access. It can be matched with Tencent Meeting, DingTalk, Zoom, Teams and other software video conference platforms.

The product adopts an integrated structure design, with 2 built-in high-speed WiFi processing modules, hidden high gain antennas, support for 4K high-definition display, 1 HDMI input, 1 HDMI output, independent audio input/output, Gigabit Ethernet interface, USB/Type-C expansion interface.

The BJ66 multimedia collaboration system can be connected to USB devices such as microphones and cameras, and can be connected to a monitor through an HDMI cable. The WCB06 wireless conference companion can be connected to a computer and has two buttons of different sizes. The small button can turn on the microphone and camera; The large button allows for one click screen mirroring.

Simply connect the monitor, USB camera, and USB microphone to the BJ66 multimedia collaboration system during initial use, and pair the WCB06 wireless conference companion with the BJ66. For subsequent meetings, simply plug the WCB06 into the computer and use it without having to set up a meeting scene again.

Specific operational steps

1. The display screen is connected to BJ66, and the camera and microphone are connected to BJ66 via USB;
2. WCB06 wireless conference partner BJ66 pairing;
3. After successful pairing, insert WCB06 into the computer and wait for WCB06 to start;
4. Taking Tencent Meeting as an example for demonstration, open Tencent Meeting;
5. Click the small button to turn on mute, and click again to unmute;
6. Click the big button to cast the screen with one click and share it with local attendees.
7. Open the USB drive space of WCB06 Wireless Meeting Companion, install the client program, and long press the WCB06 mute button to activate the anti mirror mode (Windows system). The display screen of BJ66 can be shared with a computer connected to WCB06 wireless conference, and the computer can synchronize and share the screen with remote participants through video conferencing software.
