How to use AirPlay?|BJCast
AirPlay is a wireless technology developed by Apple that allows you to stream audio, video, and even your entire device’s screen to compatible devices.
To use AirPlay:
- Ensure Wi-Fi Connectivity: Both your Apple device (iPhone, iPad, or Mac) and the target device (Apple TV, AirPlay-enabled smart TV, or HomePod) must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open Control Center: Swipe down from the top-right corner of your iPhone or iPad screen.
- Tap Screen Mirroring: A list of available devices will appear.
- Select Your Device: Choose the device you want to mirror your screen to.
- Enter the Code (if prompted): Some devices may require you to enter a code displayed on the screen.
Common Use Cases for AirPlay:
- Mirroring Your iPhone or iPad Screen: Share presentations, play games, or watch videos on a larger screen.
- Streaming Audio: Play music, podcasts, and audiobooks to your Apple TV, HomePod, or AirPlay-enabled speakers.
