How to wirelessly project the iPad to the TV
Method 1: Use AirPlay (for AirPlay-enabled TVs or Apple TVs)
- Make sure the devices are on the same network.
The iPad and TV need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi. - Open the Control Center:
On an iPad, swipe down from the top right corner of the screen (or up from the bottom, depending on the iPad model) to open Control Center. - Select Screen Mirror:
Tap the “Screen Mirror” or “AirPlay” icon. - Select TV equipment:
Select your TV or Apple TV in the device list. - Enter the verification code (if any):
If the verification code appears on the TV, enter it on the iPad to complete the connection. - Start screen projection:
After the connection is successful, the iPad screen will be displayed on the TV in real time.
Method 2: Use a third-party app (for TVs that do not support AirPlay)
- Download the screen projection app:
Install the same screen projection apps on your iPad and TV, such as Bijie Screen. - Connected devices:
Open the app and follow the prompts to connect your iPad and TV to the same network. - Start screen projection:
Select the content you want to cast on your iPad, click the cast icon, and select the TV device.
Method 3: Use an HDMI adapter (wired connection)
- Prepare the adapter:
Purchase a Lightning or USB-C to HDMI adapter for iPad. - Connected devices:
Plug the adapter into the iPad and connect the HDMI cable to the adapter and TV. - Switch TV input sources:
Switch the TV input source to HDMI, and the iPad screen will appear on the TV.
